The Girl + The Bull

I had wanted to go to The Girl + The Bull ever since I saw pictures of it on a friend’s Instagram feed. Luckily, I had the chance to do so when my friend Jenica decided to host our monthly get together and celebrate her birthday with us in BF.

Despite having agreed to meet at Sensei Sushi for dinner at 7:30pm, we from the North and a couple of others from the South whom we picked up along the way were able to get there at 8:30pm because of the traffic and because none of us were too familiar with the area. It was a truly long car ride, but it was also a lot of fun. Of course, we were starving by the time we got to the restaurant. Everything we ordered was delicious. We exchanged a lot of stories and laughed so much it looked like we owned the place. Can’t blame us though; there were eleven of us, after all.

After a couple of hours, it was time for dessert. We finally moved to The Girl + The Bull and I instantly fell in love with the place. Every corner was so neat and beautiful. And the desserts were great, especially their Homemade Faux Twix Bars!

We ended up staying till almost 1am. It was the perfect place to end our night. We took lots of pictures, ate a lot, and talked and laughed abundantly. It was certainly worth the trip to the South!

I’m already looking forward to going back to BF and trying out some other yummy restaurants! :)
