Tegan and Sara live in MNL

Last night, November 25, Tegan and Sara had their first concert ever in the Philippines. It was held at NBC Tent (Fort) and it was great!
De'Longhi, one of the brands I’m handling for work, was one of the sponsors so I got a couple of tickets for free.
It was actually the first concert I had ever been to in Manila (truth!) and I had a blast. Up Dharma Down kicked things off with their amazing songs (I’m a fan and that was my first time to see them live, too!) and, by the time Tegan and Sara came to the stage, we were all extremely pumped.
Although I haven’t been a fan for long, I was quite looking forward to catching their songs live. Both Tegan and Sara seemed so down to earth and I could honestly tell they were having as much fun as we were. They expressed how grateful they were for being there and how amazing they found the audience.
Both their voices are incredible, just as incredible in their recorded songs. What you hear in their albums is truly what you get in their live concerts and even more, which is something that not all artists can boast of.
My legs hurt so much from all the jumping and, for a moment, I thought I would lose my voice for the nth time from all the screaming, but it was all worth it.
My first concert in Manila was indeed incredible and I can’t wait for the next one (it was supposed to be Two Door Cinema Club tonight, but sadly it got cancelled)! So Phoenix, I shall see you soon!
