The Breakfast Table

I love trying out different restaurants and I am so glad to have found The Breakfast Table. Moving to Quezon City half a year ago was a big decision and the fact that there are so many good restaurants here makes me so happy. I’m a certified foodie and if I were offered a job wherein I would just go around different cities to take pictures and taste food of various restaurants, I wouldn’t think twice about taking it. Just yesterday, I was talking to a couple of friends whom I hadn’t seen in months and they thought my job involved writing reviews of restaurants because of my Instagram posts. HAHA.
The Breakfast Table sort of just happened. We were looking through this blog post about Maginhawa restaurants, but we couldn’t really decide where to have lunch. We drove beyond Mexicali, which was one of our choices, and suddenly The Breakfast Table was there and we heard it screaming our names. Who would say no to breakfast food? Despite not seeing this particular restaurant on the aforementioned blog post, we decided to check it out.
I had been wanting to find cute restaurants here in the North ever since a friend of mine who lives in the South posted pictures of The Girl + The Bull, Magnum Opus, and Rustic Mornings on her Instagram, so I definitely got excited when I went inside TBT.
Everything was just so cute and so Instagram-worthy my heart did all sorts of dance moves. I couldn’t wait to try the food though because what good is a beautiful restaurant if the food is crap?
I decided to try the Binagoongan Omurice (P185 only!) and, WOW, it was amazing! I cannot wait to go back and order me another round of that.
If you haven’t tried it yet, give it a try! It’s the kind of restaurant perfect for dates! ;)
