More wings, please

Just three days after my first time at Red Buffalo Wings and Pizza, I was back. This time around my office mates and I tried the Original (Hot) flavor along with the Parmesan Garlic one. We ordered twenty wings just for the three of us! Haha. That meal was surely satisfying and the wings tasted better with a bottle of beer. image image image The Parmesan Garlic wings are now my favorite, but the Original ones were really great, too! I kinda used to hate eating spicy food, but I’ve mysteriously grown to like it (as long as it’s not super spicy, I guess). image image Here below is a picture of me and the rest of the marketing department (yes, there are only three of us). I started working a couple of weeks after graduation and I swear I couldn’t have picked a better job as a fresh graduate. I met these two lovely ladies who aren’t just my office mates anymore. They’re also good friends of mine now. We’ve become close over the past few months not just working but also having fun together. I’m amazed at how we click with one another. I truly didn’t expect that we would have the kind of relationship we have now. image image After devouring those twenty wings (yes, we ate ALL of them right then and there), we headed over to Chololo’s Island Grill to have a few drinks. image We ended up buying a bottle of Captain Morgan because we figured it would be cheaper than buying cocktails. One can of Coca Cola  though cost P65 (crazy, right?!), so we had to drink as little coke as we could. I actually ended up using water as chaser. Haha.  image At one point, my jeans got ripped while I was trying to sit comfortably. Hahaha. One of my office mates was telling a story and I got so surprised when the jeans accident happened that we laughed over it for quite a bit. I also tried to rip the other side, but I wasn’t able to. Haha. So now my jeans look like this. image We spent the night talking and talking and laughing and talking and laughing some more. The three of us are so loud whenever we’re together (even without the alcohol!). We always have fun and we always end up having a great time. Yesterday wasn’t an exception, of course. And we were bound to get drunk. By 9 pm, we were on our second bottle of rum and I was dead. I was still drinking, but when I woke up this morning, I realized I couldn’t remember anything that happened 9 pm onwards. Haha. My office mates and I talked about it earlier this morning when I got to the office. Here are some of the things I still don’t remember and was told about earlier:
  • eating more wings
  • eating ice cream
  • sleeping at Chololo’s
  • calling a friend
  • thinking I lost my phone
  • and, consequently, asking my office mate to call me so I could find it
  • stopping in the middle of our walk to the car of my office mate’s boyfriend because apparently I said I couldn’t walk anymore
  • getting stared at by people around us because I was quite loud (I’m sorry, hahaha)
  • getting home (I slightly remember us having trouble with my keys though)
  • basically everything that I saw, said, and heard 9 pm onwards
Just my typical Friday. Hahaha. I’m not a drunkard, okay. But I always enjoy time with my friends. And I truly think that I deserve a drink or two at least once a week since I have work even on Saturdays.  It was indeed a fun night for me. Just another night with my friends to cherish.
